They’re a good fit if your site hasn’t been touched in a while, your previous developer is no longer available, or you’re building it yourself and have run into something you’d rather not wrestle with alone.

Before Reaching Out

I review messages personally. Most support can be handled remotely, with in-person support available when needed. A $30 travel fee applies within 30 minutes of Perkasie, with additional fees for longer distances. The more detail you can share about your setup, problem and goals, the easier it is for me to prepare and help you efficiently. Any login credentials needed to assist you will be requested via a secure form upon booking. Be as specific as you can about your device type (Windows 11 PC, iPhone 15, Samsung smart TV), any error messages you have received, or your existing website platform (Wordpress, Godaddy, Wix).
